The man who pays Homer Simpson's wages has topped a new magazine poll to find the worst US TV boss.

The Simpsons' Charles Montgomery Burns has beaten celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Tony Soprano and Donald Trump to land the top spot on the TV Guide list.
