Metallica rocker James Hetfield has nerves of steel - he has revisited a restaurant blamed for his bout of food poisoning in March.

The 'Enter Sandman' hitmakers were forced to cancel a show in Stockholm, Sweden after frontman Hetfield was hospitalised just hours before stage time.
