Rap superstar 50 Cent has officially been cleared by New York police of having any involvement in the fire that destroyed his Long Island home.

The 'In Da Club' hitmaker's mansion, which his ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins and their 11-year-old son Marquise called home, was set alight in May 2008.
