Madonna 'barely conscious' after horse fall

Madonna is hitting back at reports she failed to tell police of the paparazzi's involvement in her weekend horse accident, insisting she was "barely conscious" and was "never asked" about how the incident happened.

The pop superstar was treated at Southampton Hospital on New York's Long Island on Saturday after falling off a horse at the home of her friend Steven Klein.
