Police: 'Photographers are not to blame for Madonna horse fall'

Police who helped Madonna after she fell from a horse on Saturday insist photographers weren't to blame for the accident.

The singer was treated at Southampton Hospital on New York's Long Island after taking a tumble at the home of her friend Steven Klein.
