Spector murder trial jury resumes deliberations

Jurors today resumed deliberations in the retrial of music producer Phil Spector.

The Los Angeles Superior Court panel got back to after having the weekend off and a short day last Friday.

Spector is charged with murdering “Barbarian Queen” actress Lana Clarkson in 2003.

The jury went out last month but there have been juror illnesses and other interruptions.

Spector’s first trial ended in 2007 with a 10-2 jury deadlocked. The majority favoured conviction.
