Tobey Maguire is eager to get in the driving seat of his forthcoming film - he's signed up to play a race car driver on the big screen.

Tobey Maguire is eager to get in the driving seat of his forthcoming film - he's signed up to play a race car driver on the big screen.

The 'Spider-Man' star will portray American Phil Hill who won the 1961 World Drivers Championship, after a battle with fellow Ferrari driver Wolfgang von Trips - who was tragically killed after an accident on the track.
