Madonna's nanny quits

The woman charged with looking after Madonna's adopted son David has quit - amid rumours of tensions with her superstar employer.

The Australian childcare worker, known only as Angela, is believed to have been working for the pop superstar in New York, taking care of three-year-old David, who was adopted from Malawi in 2006.
