Goody hopes operation will ease pain

Cancer-stricken Jade Goody is today hoping that an emergency operation will help relieve her “awful pain”, her publicist Max Clifford said.

The 27-year-old Big Brother star last night returned to the Royal Marsden Hospital, in London, from the Essex hospice where she was being treated.
