The Killers countersue former manager

The Killers have launched legal action against their former manager for breach of contract.

In a lawsuit filed on Friday in Las Vegas, the band claims a "breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment, as well as breach of an implied good-faith covenant" by Braden Merrick and his company, From the Future.
