Good Charlotte star Joel Madden is celebrating after learning his partner Nicole Richie is pregnant with the couple's second child.

Madden and Richie, who welcomed daughter Harlow Winter Kate in January 2008, are preparing to become parents for the second time, the rocker confirmed on his band's official website.
