Goody out of intensive care after latest cancer op

Jade Goody has been moved out of intensive care following a successful operation to remove a cancerous tumour from her bowel, it was confirmed today.

Surgeons at the Royal Marsden Hospital in central London took a golf ball-sized lump from the reality TV star during a lengthy procedure last Friday.
