Nas and Kelis expecting first child

Hip hop couple Nas and Kelis are expecting their first child together.

The rapper confirmed to MTV that he is set to become a father again and will know the baby’s sex in a matter of days.

Nas has a 15-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

Speaking on the red carpet at the Grammy Award ceremony in Los Angeles, the 35-year-old confirmed Kelis’s pregnancy.

He said: “Yeah man, I find out what it is gonna be next week, so I’m happy. I got another one coming in ’09, yeah. That’s what’s up.”
