Kilmer takes steps towards running for governor

Val Kilmer is "seriously considering" running for Governor of his homestate of New Mexico next year.

The current governor, Democrat Bill Richardson, has to stand down next year after serving two terms in office - and he is touting Kilmer as a potential replacement.
