Duff plans fashion line

Hilary Duff is following in the footsteps of fellow actress Rachel Bilson, by teaming up with fashion label DKNY to create her own fashion line.

Actress/singer Duff is partnering up with American designer Donna Karan's label for the collection of rock-inspired denim jeans, tunics and scarves.

She says: “I took time finding the right fashion house to collaborate with in a design partnership. I have always adored and worn DKNY jeans, so it made perfect sense to reach out to them. We hit it off immediately, sharing a design vision offering something special for young women like me.”

Bilson co-created her own fashion line with DKNY last year.
