Gwyneth Paltrow is to continue her healthy living campaign by publishing her own cookbook.

The actress has signed a deal with publishing company Janklow & Nesbit to produce a collection of family-focused recipes emphasising the importance of togetherness at meal times.

Paltrow has dedicated the work to her late dad, titling the book 'My Father's Daughter'.

And the 36-year-old admits the tribute comes because Bruce Paltrow, who died in 2002 following a battle with cancer, inspired her love of good cuisine.

She says: "My dad was a famous pancake maker and I'm working on (adapting his) recipe right now. I'm making mine slightly healthier."

Paltrow has already set up her own lifestyle newsletter and website, Goop.com, on which she provides healthy living tips and cookery advice.

She also launched a TV series called 'Spain: On the Road Again', which documented her travels across the country with chef Mario Batali.

The book is scheduled for release in autumn 2010.
