Hudson takes 2009 off

Hollywood actress Kate Hudson has cleared her diary for 2009 - because she wants to spend more time with her young son.

The 'Almost Famous' star has vowed not to make any more movies this year, because her recent hectic schedule has meant has had very little time with five-year-old Ryder, from her marriage to rocker Chris Robinson.
