Festival promoters said Paul McCartney will headline the 10th annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

The former Beatle will be the featured act on the first day of the summer music festival, which runs from April 17-19 in Indio, California.

The 66-year-old McCartney shares top billing with Amy Winehouse, The Killers, The Cure, Morrissey, Franz Ferdinand, My Bloody Valentine, Leonard Cohen and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
