Geri Halliwell is to marry her Italian boyfriend Fabrizio Politi after a whirlwind romance.

The millionaire yacht tycoon proposed to the singer over Christmas - just weeks after the couple started dating - and the news has been announced via a statement from Halliwell's management company 19.
