Cruise turned down part in 'Milk'

Tom Cruise was originally selected for Josh Brolin's acclaimed role in Gus Van Sant's new biopic 'Milk'.

Brolin plays the part of Dan White, a Vietnam veteran and former police officer and firefighter.
