Matt Dillon pleaded not guilty today to a speeding charge after police claimed they spotted the actor doing 106mph (170kph) on an interstate highway on December 30.

Dillon’s lawyer, Mark Kaplan, entered the plea in court in Vermont on behalf of the 44-year-old actor.
