Winehouse confirms divorce

Singer Amy Winehouse has confirmed she and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil have begun divorce proceedings.

Lawyers for Fielder-Civil, jailed for causing actual bodily harm and perverting the course of justice, were said to have filed papers in a bid to bring the couple's 20-month marriage to an end.
