Craig shuns martini for vodka

Daniel Craig and Liev Schreiber turned to vodka to keep the cold at bay while filming new war movie 'Defiance'.

The actors struggled to stay warm on the remote Lithuanian set and drank heavily to beat the shivers.

Schreiber told Parade.com: "Our secret for staying warm was vodka. We had lots of good Lithuanian vodka. It was very good, so good that we drank a lot of it. I mean we were in the woods and it was freezing".

"You didn't have to pretend you were cold because we were all shivering."
