Rouke in talks for Iron Man role

Mickey Rourke is reportedly in talks to appear in 'Iron Man 2'.

The Wrestler star is being lined up to play the Crimson Dynamo, a heavily tattooed Russian arms dealer, in the blockbuster sequel, according to Variety and Hollywood Reporter.

Sam Rockwell has also begun talks to play a villain, possibly rich businessman Justin Hammer, a rival of industrialist Anthony Stark (Robert Downey Jr).

There’s no official word from Marvel, which is trying to keep the film under wraps.

Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow and Samuel L Jackson will reprise their roles in the sequel, due to be released around summer 2010.
