Celebrity Big Brother eviction nominee Ulrika Jonsson fears the mood in the house has changed for the worse ahead of tomorrow’s first public vote.
The TV presenter, who faces the chop along with glamour model Lucy Pinder, said last night the house “doesn’t feel as cohesive as it did at the outset”.
She appeared to single out rapper Coolio for the rising tension, whose “volume and massive presence can get a little bit tiring”.
Jonsson – who is being paid a reported £175,000 (€193,000) to appear on the show – also had an awkward moment with Terry Christian who as king of the house nominated her and Pinder for having the biggest ego and least talent respectively.
Radio presenter Christian tried to laugh off the matter, saying: “It doesn’t mean you have the biggest ego, Ulrika.”
“I know, but publicly it does,” she said sternly, walking out of the room.
For this week’s shopping task, housemates will replicate the lifestyles of the rich and famous.
The task will consist of five separate challenges, each related to a different aspect of modern day celebrity culture.
The group as a whole must fail no more than two challenges.
Former boy band star Ben Adams and Heaton must become a fake celebrity couple to test their ability to work together.
La Toya Jackson and Sheridan must star in a celebrity reality TV show, where they must learn and perform an ice skating routine.
Jonsson and Verne Troyer must become Diana Ross and Lionel Ritchie and learn and perform a cover version of the pair’s classic duet, Endless Love.
Coolio, Pinder and Malone must become members of the paparazzi and stake out the garden for 24 hours.
And Mutya Buena and Christian have to worship at the shrine of a Celebrity Cult.
