Actor Dillon charged with speeding

Actor Matt Dillon has been charged with speeding at more than 100mph on a US interstate highway.

Dillon was pulled over by a state trooper on Interstate 91 in Vermont yesterday.

He was allegedly travelling at 106 mph. The speed limit is 65 mph.

Dillon is set to appear in court on January 21.

His screen credits include 'Crash', 'There’s Something About Mary', 'Herbie Fully Loaded' and 'Rumblefish'.
