Police probe Paris burglary

Los Angeles police were today investigating a burglary at Paris Hilton’s home that they say left her bedroom ransacked and jewellery worth about $2m (€1.43m) missing.

The break-in occurred around 5am yesterday at Hilton’s home in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles. A man wearing a hooded sweat shirt and gloves broke in through the front door and ransacked Hilton’s bedroom, police said.
