Cate Blanchett is more than thrilled with the location of her new Hollywood Walk of Fame star - because the modest Aussie feared it would be miles away from the heart of Tinseltown.

The Oscar winner unveiled her honour on Friday and was pleasantly surprised with the company she'll be keeping on the pavement.
