No Dr. Pepper apology for Guns N'Roses

Bosses at soft drinks giant Dr. Pepper have refused to apologise to Guns N' Roses for the debacle over their recent giveaway with the rockers' new album 'Chinese Democracy'.

Executives refused to believe the band would release their long awaited LP this year, and offered to hand out free cans of soda to every US citizen if the record hit shelves before 2009.
