Cancer-stricken Patrick Swayze defied his life-threatening illness by partying at a Chicago, Illinois nightclub, to celebrate the end of filming on his new TV show.

The 'Dirty Dancing' star revealed he was battling pancreatic cancer at the beginning of 2008 and has since undergone treatment for the disease.
