Janet Jackson is taking her Rock Witchu tour to Japan - after scrapping a string of US shows last month as a result of illness and scheduling conflicts.

The singer was forced to postpone a number of shows on the North American leg of her roadshow after falling ill with a vertigo-related condition.

However, the seven rescheduled dates were then scrapped altogether due to "conflicts in the singer's schedule" - amid rumours of poor ticket sales.

But now Jackson is preparing to hit the road once more for her first tour of Japan in six years.

She will perform four dates in the country between February 14 to 22, according to website JapanToday.com.
