Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole's husband Ashley is suing two UK newspaper groups for printing allegations he cheated on his wife.

The soccer star is taking Britain's Mirror Group Newspapers and News Group Newspapers to London's High Court, claiming the reports were "unjustified intrusion" into his private life and breached his human rights.
