Rioters force shooting shift for new Travolta, Rhys Meyers flick
Filming in Paris on a new movie starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers and John Travolta came under threat after rioters set ablaze 10 cars due to be used in the picture.
Production on 'From Paris With Love' had originally been based in Les Bosquets de Montfermeil, a notoriously run-down area in the north-east of the city.
But movie bosses were forced to move to a more peaceful suburb after thugs made threats against film workers and torched a handful of vehicles on set.
A spokesman for the production company said: "All 10 vehicles were burnt out and there were threats against the crew.
"There's no possibility of Mr Travolta or any of the other stars operating in such a dangerous area."
