Swayze: 'Work helps me through cancer battle'

Patrick Swayze was keen to return to work after he was diagnosed with cancer - insisting his job has helped him cope with the life-threatening condition.

The 'Dirty Dancing' star confirmed he was battling pancreatic cancer at the beginning of 2008.
