Rosario Dawson has denied reports she is engaged to boyfriend Mathieu Schreyer - insisting they are just dating.

The 29-year-old 'Sin City' star has been plagued by rumours she's set marry the DJ since being snapped wearing a gold ring on her wedding finger last summer.
