Spears was 'too fragile' to face court

Britney Spears was too 'fragile' to appear in front of jurors deciding her fate in her recent driving license trial, according to her defence lawyer.

The singer was charged with failure to produce a valid California license following a car crash in the state last year, but the case was declared a mistrial on Tuesday after a jury failed to reach a unanimous decision.
