Duchovny sues 'Daily Mail'

David Duchovny followed through on his threat to sue Britain's 'Daily Mail' over an article which alleged he was dating his tennis coach.

The actor, who recently announced his marriage split from Tea Leoni, has filed a lawsuit against the newspaper claiming he was defamed by what editors published.
