Newton befriends Madonna at kids' ju-jitsu classes

Thandie Newton has developed an odd friendship with Madonna - the two mums meet at their children's martial arts classes.

Newton, who stars in 'RocknRolla' - the latest movie by Madonna's director husband Guy Ritchie - admits she was turned onto the kids classes by the filmmaker, whose son Rocco is a regular.
