Moore: I wanted to be a Bond baddie
James Bond legend Roger Moore revealed he would have preferred to have played a villain because they had better lines than the infamous secret agent.
Moore, 80, was speaking at the Cheltenham Literature Festival to launch his autobiography 'My Word is my Bond'.
The suave actor, who was 007 in seven of the Bond films, said: “I would have loved to have been a villain; they had wonderful speeches like ”the end of the world is about to come“ and Bond just listens but doesn’t really get to say anything.”
