Actress Heather Locklear has sparked rumours she is to wed partner Jack Wagner after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger during her weekend arrest.

The former 'Melrose Place' star, 47, was taken into custody by police in Santa Barbara on Saturday after a local reported her "driving erratically" upon leaving a parking lot in the coastal city.
