New Oasis album to be premiered on MySpace

Oasis are to premiere their new album 'Dig Out Your Soul' in its entirety on MySpace.

Fans will be able to listen to the new record ahead of its release next Monday.

The “global exclusive” means people can listen to the album from midday tomorrow.

They should log onto http://music.myspace.com/ or www.myspace.com/oasis.

Coldplay have previously allowed their fans to listen to their album, 'Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends', on the site before its release.

Meanwhile, MTV Networks International announced the exclusive broadcast of a London date of Oasis's sold-out UK Arena tour in support of their new album.

MTV1 will broadcast the Oasis show live-to-air in the UK and Ireland from London's Wembley Arena on Thursday, October 16 at 9pm.

Richard Godfrey, senior vice president, music and production, said: "We are delighted to be supporting Oasis on the release of their new album and tour, this is a real moment in music with true rock 'n' roll stars.

"This will inevitably be a show not to be missed and the MTV audience can experience the gig as it happens."
