McCartney to release new album as The Fireman

Paul McCartney is teaming up with The Verve producer Youth to release an album as his dance alter ego The Fireman.

The duo has released music sporadically under the name since 1993 and their last album was 1998's 'Rushes'.

However, the new LP, called 'Electronic Arguments', will be the first to feature vocals from McCartney.

The disc will feature 13 tracks, all penned by the former Beatle, and will hit stores on November 17.
