Wood's wife 'happy to be alone'

Ronnie Wood's estranged wife Jo insists she is enjoying life as a single woman.

Wood's marriage to Jo hit the rocks earlier this year after it emerged he had an encounter with 20-year-old Russian Ekaterina Ivanova.

Wood went into rehab to curb his addiction to alcohol, but it appears he has failed to kick his habits after he was recently spotted on a night out with British artist Damien Hirst.

The latest images forced Jo to call an end on their 23-year marriage.

She claims that she is not bitter about the split however.

"I'm enjoying my new freedom," she said. "I'm a lucky woman.

"I've got so much love and support. I don't have to put a brave face on. I've got my kids that love me, my family and my friends."
