Busta Rhymes has left his record label in order to release his latest album 'Blessed' through another music industry giant.

The hip-hop star - real name Trevor George Smith Jr - decided to quit Aftermath/Interscope after four years in favour of Universal Motown records because of a reportedly acrimonious relationship with Aftermath boss Jimmy Iovine.
