Hilton 'has difficulty making friends'

Paris Hilton will soon be starring in her own MTV show to find a new best friend, but the star admits that finding true friends off camera is not always easy.

“Certain people sell things to the (tabloids and) do things you think a friend would never do to you,” she told 'Entertainment Tonight'.

Paris, who said her former 'Simple Life' co-star Nicole Richie is her best friend, looks for a BFF (best friend forever) on the series, called 'Paris Hilton’s My New BFF'.
