Simpson and Wentz expecting a boy

Ashlee Simpson expects to give birth to a baby boy in November, her rock star husband Pete Wentz has confirmed.

Just days after the pair was forced to deny rumours Simpson is pregnant with twins, the Fall Out Boy star has revealed the news to Playboy magazine.

"We know with 90% accuracy that it's a boy, and our due date is around Thanksgiving (November 27)," he said.

However Wentz insists the couple has not started thinking about names yet: "My friend Andrew said: 'Your kid has to have a name that would fit either a rock star or a senator'."
