Rapper Snoop Dogg has been given the go-ahead to proceed with his tour of Australia, just days after officials Down Under announced they were reconsidering their initial visa approval following a flurry of complaints.

Rapper Snoop Dogg has been given the go-ahead to proceed with his tour of Australia, just days after officials Down Under announced they were reconsidering their initial visa approval following a flurry of complaints.

The 'Drop It Like It's Hot' star - real name Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr - was barred from obtaining a visa in August 2007 because of his criminal record, which includes drugs and firearms offences dating back to 1990.
