Tom Cruise cannot understand why his movie 'Valkyrie' has attracted so much criticism - because it's such an "important" story.

The actor insists the movie - which tells the true story of a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler during World War II - will be a box office hit after wowing audiences at a test screening earlier this month.
