Townsend: 'No plans' to marry Theron

Stuart Townsend has no plans to marry his girlfriend Charlize Theron.

E! Online reports that the star isn’t going to tie the knot despite Charlize saying she would consider getting wed when gay marriage was legalised - California has now legalised same-sex unions.

“I think she said ’nationwide’,” Stuart joked at the premiere of his upcoming movie Battle In Seattle. “I don’t think she mentioned ’state’. I want everyone to know that was her thing.

“I love her,” he laughed. "What more do you want? We are happy. Leave us alone!“
