Strokes star engaged to model?

The Strokes star Albert Hammond Jnr. has reportedly proposed to British model Agyness Deyn.

The couple has been dating since the beginning of the summer and first went public with the romance at the Songwriters Hall of Fame awards gala in New York on June 20.

A source tells Usmagazine.com: "They just got engaged. It happened within the past few days."

"They're really sweet. They basically haven't been apart for more than three seconds in the past two months."

Representatives for the trendy couple have refused to confirm or deny engagement reports.
